Information we collect

We may collect the information needed to operate accounts, marketplace posts, applications, matching, communication, and translation features.

  • Name, email, password/session data, and account security information.
  • User role: worker, employer, or admin.
  • Worker and employer profile information, including profession, location, experience, company details, and support needs.
  • Job posts, worker posts, job applications, saved jobs/workers, messages or contact requests where available, notifications, language preference, and translation cache data.

How we use information

We use data only to operate EuroTalent, improve search and matching, support communication, provide translation, and protect account security.

  • Show relevant workers, employers, job posts, applications, and marketplace activity.
  • Support messages, contact requests, notifications, saved items, and dashboard workflows.
  • Maintain platform integrity, prevent misuse, and improve user experience.

AI translation and language

EuroTalent uses AI translation for public content and messages when translation is requested or enabled. Original content is kept available where possible.

Sensitive data should be masked before translation where applicable, especially contact details, financial identifiers, and government document details.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and marketplace data. We keep information only as long as needed for the platform, legal requirements, safety, and dispute handling.

  • Session data helps keep accounts secure.
  • Translation cache data helps avoid repeated translation requests and improves speed.
  • Administrators may review reports, notifications, posts, and accounts when needed to protect the platform.
